We have tailored the programs to meet the needs of the children, whether they are two years old, or five.
There have been many recent studies, which prove that when a child attends preschool, they are more successful and confident in Kindergarten and throughout their education.
It is our belief that by providing a happy learning environment early in their development, we directly influence their future success. Additionally, because older children are on site learning at the Transitional Kindergarten level, the preschoolers are better prepared and eager for the next stage in their development.
Getting the little ones to sit still for long periods of time can present a challenge! That is why our staff has carefully designed their curriculum to stimulate their minds and still let their bodies get the movement they need. We mix it up between academics, art, dancing, playtime, and other fun learning activities. We also provide the opportunity for child directed activities in which the children take control and make their own decisions on what they would like to do.
Our Kindergarten program focuses on providing a strong foundation of Kinder level skills in the areas of Reading, Math, Science and Writing. We believe in helping your child start their schooling by building confidence, as well as, learning the key skills required to be successful.
In addition to the foundational skills, we teach in both English and Spanish. We also teach the basic words in Japanese, French and Sign Language. Furthermore, we provide time for art and music – both which have been proven to improve the cognitive skills.
